eMMC 5.1

SMARTsemi's eMMC 5.1 are offered in commercial (-25°C to +85°C) and industrial (-40°C to +85°C) operating ranges. The widely industry compatible devices use MLC NAND or TLC NAND and are available in 4GB to 128GB capacities with a programmable x1 / x4 / x8 organization.

Performance ranges up to 335MB/s sequential read and 4900 IOPS sequential write. The 1.8V (NAND)/3.3V (IO) devices are packages in standard 153-ball grid array packages.
