The current product catalog includes DDR2, DDR3(L), DDR4, eMMC devices and SD Cards that are available for design-in, qual, and sourcing for a variety of motherboards or application-specific memory boards.
SMARTsemi DDR2 (512Mb and 1Gb), DDR3(L) (1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb, and 8Gb) and DDR4 (4Gb) are offered in x8 and x16 configurations. Commercial, Industrial, and Wide (Automotive) temperature ranges are supported. Select devices are AEC-Q100 Automotive tested.
