SMARTsemi's eMMC 5.1 Flash Drives are offered in commercial (-25°C to +85°C), industrial (-40°C to +85°C), and wide (-40°C to +105°C) operating ranges. The widely industry-compatible devices use MLC NAND or TLC NAND and are available in 4GB to 128GB capacities with a programmable x1 / x4 / x8 organization.

Performance ranges up to 330MB/s sequential read and 20,000 IOPs random write. The 1.8V (NAND)/3.3V (IO) devices are packages in standard 153-ball grid array packages.
