SMARTsemi Expands DRAM Component Offerings with 16Gb DDR4 SDRAM in Commercial and Industrial Grades

NEWARK, Calif., June 9, 2023 -SMARTsemi, a division of SMART Modular Technologies, Inc., provider of commercial, industrial, and wide-grade Tier-1 memory components for embedded applications, announces the addition of the 16Gb DDR4 SDRAM to its portfolio of memory components for long-life embedded applications. SMARTsemi DDR4 SDRAM components are available in densities from 4Gb to 16Gb.
The 16Gb DDR4 is available in 1G x 16 and 2G x 8 organizations, in standard 96- and 78-ball grid array packages, respectively and in commercial or industrial grade.
As is the case for the existing product range of DDR3(L), DDR4, and eMMC devices, free samples and technical information, including specifications, reliability reports, materials composition reports, RoHS and REACH certificates, and ECAD models are available online to help expedite your qualification of this device.
SMARTsemi DDR4 components are utilized in long-life applications, including networking, industrial robotics, medical equipment, home electronics, and defense electronics.
