SMARTsemi FLASH devices use high-endurance MLC, pSLC, and TLC NAND in industry-standard packaged components and cards. Commercial, Industrial, and Wide (Automotive) temperature ranges are supported.
Our eMMC products integrate NAND Flash with a CPU in a single packages of various bus widths and capacities from 4GB to 128GB.
Our FLASH Cards are offered in SD and microSD form factors in capacities from 8GB to 256GB.
